Full Day Mediation Flat Rate: Contact Us for Special 2025 Q4 rates.

Incudes up to 2 hours of pre-mediation session work, including initial (and pre-mediation follow up) calls with counsel, review of mediations briefs; and mediation session up to 8 hours. Flat rate also includes reasonable follow up with the parties (up to 1 hour). A per side deposit shall be provided to the mediator at least 21 days before the scheduled mediation session. Failure to provide a deposit may result in a cancellation or rescheduling of the mediation.

From Pro Bono to sliding scale, depending on the nature of the dispute.
